Terms of service

(1.1) StormSkins.co is an online account seller of digital and virtual goods in the context of video games.

(1.2) The products are in particular
- Online in-game goods (e.g. accounts, top-ups, etc.)

(2.1) After adding something to the shopping cart via the "buy" button and clicking the "order" button at the end of the ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding offer for the respective product.

(2.2) The type of delivery is being determined by StormSkins.co. The following types are possible:

(2.3) We are not responsible if you do not have access to your e-mail.

(3.1) The customer pays the purchase price using one of the payment methods shown.

(4.1) All items offered by us are immediately ready for delivery. The delivery takes place within 48 hours.

(4.2) The subsequent change of the password of an account excludes our liability.

(4.3) The possibility of getting one of the rare skins that are being displayed on the promotion pictures is 15%.

(4.4) Battle Pass or Item Shop Skins that have not been available for purchase for more than 90 days count as rare.

(5.1) StormSkins.co can temporarily or permanently block or delete a customer's account.

(5.2) We can cancel orders at any time without giving any reason what so ever.

(6.1) StormSkins.co is not liable if an accounts get banned by a game provider

(6.2) Since this is a digital product, we do not offer a money-back guarantee.

(7.1) The content available on the platform is protected by copyright or other property rights and is owned by StormSkins.co or third parties who have made the respective content available.

(7.2) The content available on the platform comes partly from StormSkins.co and partly from third parties. StormSkins.co does not check the completeness, correctness and legality of third-party content and therefore assumes no responsibility for third-party content.

(7.3) The customer is prohibited from editing, changing, presenting, publishing, exhibiting, duplicating or distributing the content available on the platform.

(7.4) Any use not expressly permitted in these terms and conditions must be approved by StormSkins.co in writing.

These terms and conditions are subject to German law.

By registering on the StormSkins.co platform, the user agrees to the StormSkins.co terms of use and data protection.

(10.1) Our place of business is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this contract, provided you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

(10.2) German law is deemed to have been agreed.

(10.3) If something in the terms of service is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of the general terms and conditions or the agreement shall not be affected thereby.
